What a clean vessel looks like on CT — intact wall, no atheromatous plaque, 0% stenosis. Classified as CAD-RADS 0.

A fully normal coronary artery has an intact wall without any atheromatous plaque deposits and no narrowing of the lumen (0% stenosis).

In standardized CT reporting, a completely normal vessel is classified as CAD-RADS 0.
